why use moustrizer for acne?

Anything that is marketed as "oil free" or non-comedogenic is good - water based moisturisers rather than oil based moisturisers are your friend as they won't clog your pores. This would be an example of a good affordable oil free moisturiser:

when your skin is dry it can just get even more irritated and this just leads to more pimples forming from my experience, also when ur skin is dry it also heals slower so your existing pimples will take longer to go away
