Palate width and just genetics but if you habe a narrow palate then you will see some improvement from expanding it

My dentist has recommended braces. Says that dental arch would be widened in the back making space for front crowded teeth to be aligned. No palate expansion for me though.

I’ve got braces too and my smile/arch got wider. It seems my mouth/lips got slightly wider but it’s barely noticeable. For big differences you will need Sarpe or MSE.

Well I had a lengthy discussion with my dentist about surgeries like MSE, sarpe, msdo etc and they are all copes. According to her if your bone development is average (most incels are not deformed subhumans), you will most probably destroy your face by surgeries. Fillers are fine for improving aesthetics according to her as long as you can afford them.

Also lip widening surgery is the biggest looksmin out there. It will leave scarring and make your face un-fucking-harmonious.
