ok so if u really serious about this, try either these two. Put a diet soda in the fridge for the morning.

Make sure u dont jerk off today cuz that usually causes me to binge eat in the morning, when u wake up drink the diet soda, thats ur breakfest, idk if ur neeting or if ur going anywhere but yeah when u basically do have to eat a meal around 3-4 hours from when u wake up, just eat popcorn. Get some low cal protein yogurts with like 10g of protein and around 100 cals or less per 100g. Eat like 1 or 2 protein yogurt, then finish off the day with popcorn.

Or u can drink full fat mik the whole day, just dont eat and whenever ur hungry drink milk or a diet soda.

Both work for me amazingly. Dont be too active in the gym or wherever too, that will leave u exhausted and to binge, do some pushups and shit so u maintain muscle thats all, but only do like 50-100 a day and thats all ur work out.

i might just eat a bunch today and do this tommorow tbf, i literally get in the flow of liking it. I can go from 15-16% bf to like 11-12% just like that in a couple days its kinda an OP method.

Less than a week..... give it time bro at least 3 months . Its not that easy , also stay consistent

Fat deposits are genetic like you could have more fat in the thight than the average joe

But you prob normal you at 20%
