I guess 10%. More than gaining fat, you could gain volume and definition back, as long as it doesn't affect your face.

Around 12 percent, you should gain more size. You’ll look more better and more masculine. Lift heavy, do a lean bulk and eat around 200-300 calories above maintenance.
