strange here i had 15% bodyfat for what they told me and i have 83kg: https://looksmax.org/threads/what-is-my-bodyfat.93500/. I think the photos are very deceiving I am much bigger than what I see in the mirror. I lost 6kg I can't have increased body fat it's impossible
i lost 6kg of pure muscle?

You had little to no abs definition so I'd say 18%
Now you're a bit lower like 16%-17%. Not that much of a difference tbh, which is normal because leanmaxxing takes time. At least you maintained muscle.

Yes the love handle is important. Measuring just above the iliac crest like the video says should get the tape around your love handle area.
