You have time to improve

Grow your hair out, and thicken your eyebrows and eyelashes. Your skin is pretty good.

Aside from that, the biggest flaw I can see is the asymmetry in your eyes. One side is slightly positively tilted the other negative. I think this is caused by uneven maxillary development, so I'd look into getting a palate expander in order to widen your maxilla, but there is a risk of uneven expansion. Your lips are also narrow, which would be improved by a MARPE.

Other than that maximizing your hormones during puberty through sun exposure, eating well and sleeping well will do you well, and you can probably reach hmtn
