Eggs fairlife yogurt and milk oats pick a healthy cereal load up on fruits rice and different meats
I get salads when I'm out or need a quick snack but thats my diet mostly

Not only have these foods allowed me to stay lean effortlessly while building muscle, but they hit all micronutrient, mineral, essential fatty acid, and potassium needs. Specifically spinach, salmon, and rice. Zero need for a multivitamin, or supplements.

Eggs, milk, liver, meat/fish, fruits and for vegetables whatever you want, broccoli is a top choice. For carbs i usually take brown rice.

Protein:
-chicken liver
-salmon(frozen)
-tuna(frozen)
-cottage cheese
-eggs(usually make a 6 egg white + 3 egg omlette)

Fats:
-already mentioned salmon
-cream(12% fat)
-avocados

Carbs:
-boiled carrots
-boiled potatoes
-no salt bread(45g/day, at breakfast)
-no fruits at all
-oats(i mix them with the 12% cream)

Lots of water(find the brand with the least salt)
