I think that 0.2~ml of filler in total on lower orbital ridge could reduce pfh. As if walking the bone, with multiple injections. Which is something I also need a little bit on one eye.
The eye arteries are running around the brow orbital ridge, so in that sense it should be on a safer side. Been meaning to look up into it more. Might be very retarded.
The "safe" area is the under eye fat pad fillers, which is relatively common thing to do for getting rid of dark circles, so should be easy to find before/after and see whether it changes the pfh.

you can give the illusion of it by having narrower PFH, usually ethnics like iranian have wide PFL but it doesn't look that long because if the droppyness.
