A rope could actually legitimately be a maxxing tool for heightgains. Decompressed neck and upper spine. Do after some neck curls for permanent gains.

Going to get a neck traction device instead similar but superior. Will be hooking it up against a door. To large in stature to hang off of a roof.
 
Why necessarily on the deep web tho, most medical stuff you need to make what you want to make is legal
