I've recently been struggling with mild-moderate acne breakouts even whilst maintaining a clean/whole-foods diet and want to proceed with an acne medication

The choices are:

1. Isotretinoin/accutane
2. Tretinoin
3. Adapalene
4. Tazarotene

There might be a more effective drug so lmk if there is one that could work better :)

js hop on normal tretatinoin first then switch to accutane if it not working. Accutane got loads of side effects and shit so its better to js go on normal tretinoin first :blackpill::feelswhy::ogre:
