I’m in puberty still but I genuinely look hideous. I just look depressing. I have bones of just pure shit.

honestly just give me threads that are good overall, nothing about surgery though. I’ll never get it.

if you want case by case advice post yourself but for the best threads go to the "best of best" section of threads on the home page no reason to try to ask here when you can already access the best threads

i’ve already found way better threads then ones on there. Just because a category is named “best of best” does not mean there arent others that are just as good.

No, i don’t need one that’s specific to me. I just need good recommendations with the direction of the posts going towards bone growth, dimorphism, angularity, and asymmetry.

1. Stay lean and low bf 2. Workout consistently 3. Read daily 4. Find a job and save for surgery after puberty

supplements and sleep and enough food, never starve never try to debloat during puberty, debloating and starving js gonna make u lose bone growth that was possible during puberty, stay above the middle of the bmi range, for me it’s 61kg, im 63kg

Sleep has to be 8 hours constant, never split sleep 5 hours then 3 hours in the day is much different, if and only if u can make the 8 hours sleep at the same time everyday, it’s obviously better, but u can sack it , I generally ignore it during weekends and just sleep late but get the 8 hours sleep
