yea expander + reverse head gear should do the work, unless ur over 18 I don’t think reverse head gear can remove the underbite, probably need surgery

bro, after any palate expander there’s always braces, I’m pretty sure diastema is a gap between front tooth, so braces can do the work after, kinda weird to have that with a narrow palate, narrow palate crowds ur teeth, braces should do the works don’t get braces before expanding

braces never recess someone, except some people add rubber bands to pull lower jaw/upper jaw to match one another, that’s why I said, expand+headgear, then braces, perfect combo
