Switzerland tbh, really high minimum wage and if you don‘t want to live directly in the city rent is affordable too.

Doesn‘t really matter as long as you live close to the border. If you can do your shopping in the other countries you‘re saving a lot. Difference in price levels is highest between switzerland and italy though.
