what is the best expander for a teen

I have a really tall skull and a 1.70 fwhr but it’s not that bad , I’m thinking about getting a palate expander , a lot of people said marpe wasn’t good bc it can expand asymmetrically, is getting fme the best option ?

your teeth might fall off as you grow up
