Walk around as often as possible. If you go to the gym go on the treadmill with a high incline setting and moderate/semi high walking pace for 25-30minutes or alternatively go on the stairmaster intensity 7-10 20 mins.in general and for me (14 yrs 5'5 25 percent bf)
