What is the best milk to get that isn’t raw milk if you don’t have access to raw milk?

I’m not done growing and I want to have the best diet possible and that involves eliminating regular red cap milk cuz it hurts my stomach and isn’t the best option

Sugar and whole milk
Dk what you mean with red cap milk. Best option is just to keep ur carbs up always.

Oh thanks. Red capped milk is just ultra pasteurized homogenized milk. However how does sugar help? I heard that the igf 1 stuff is a hoax
