What is the best non-surgical way to move maxilla forward at 17?

I was thinking MSE to 8mm while maxing FM for a month (although IMW is already around 38-40mm measured by myself), should get a few millimeters of forward growth. Anyone have any other suggestions?

Parents would be happy to pay for MSE since it is non-surgical and essentially a hardcore brace but would not be happy with official surgery since it is 'too far'.

What are you expecting then? MSE doesnt move your maxilla forwards, only with a facepuller attached it will

why i am gonna get mse:

improved breathing
best non surgical way to induce forward growth when using FM (will allow space for mewing hopefully)
small undeveloped second teeth that need space to come out
maybe small changes to cheekbones
