What is the best skincare for oily skin?

My skin is so oily, I'm looking to get Accutane, but I want to know if y'all could recommend any cleanser or sunscreen.

Cleanser wise id reccomend something containing salacylic acid, since it reduces oil production, however it really shouldnt be used daily as its too stripping, try find a gentle cleanser to use daily such as the dokdo cleanser by roundlab or a skin 1004 cleanser of your choice i use the ampoule. Sunscreen wise, look for a gel sunscreen, id stay away from mineral if your oily and instead get a chemical sunscreen, furthermore focus on using lightweight moisturisers such as gel moisturisers, an example of a very light weight one is the roundlab birch juice moisturiser
