Alr ill try thanksIt’s a matter of caloric intake and protein and sleep u can grow on any split u stick to. Best split for natural gains bro split-push pull legs/ aided upper-lower x3 rest. After a good amount of months u will feel like gains have slowed take a few days off and rest and sleep a lot and eat a shit ton

full body every other day (3 times a week)
push, pull, legs 6x a week
