What is the most optimal split for the gym?Training legs is cope. Im going to the gym since 5 months and im not gaining so much muscle as I did at the beginning.

It’s a matter of caloric intake and protein and sleep u can grow on any split u stick to. Best split for natural gains bro split-push pull legs/ aided upper-lower x3 rest. After a good amount of months u will feel like gains have slowed take a few days off and rest and sleep a lot and eat a shit ton

Full body 3x is the most time efficient and has been giving me some good results

anything with 2-3x frequency (the amount of times you hit every muscle within that week)

examples

upper lower 4x a week

full body every other day (3 times a week)

push, pull, legs 6x a week

anterior posterior 4x a week
