What is the best split to do during puberty to increase gh levels and test?
Also ion got the ability to go to the gym since I live in the middle of nowhere. My best bet is working out at home.

I got a bench press and a pull up bar at home


Monday: Push
Warmup: Pushups 2x20, 30 sec rest between
Barbell Bench Press 5x10-12, 1.5-2 min rest between sets (same for next 2)
Weighted Pushups Shoulder Focused 5xFailure
Weighted Pushups Tricep Focused 5xFailure
Barbell Skullcrushers 3x12-15, 1-1.5 min rest between sets


Tuesday: Rest

Wednesday: Pull
Warmup: Wide grip pullups 1xfailure (stop with 2-3 left in the tank) 1 min rest, Chinups 1x failure (same thing)
Barbell Rows 5x12 1.5-2min rest between sets
Meadow Rows 3x12-15 1-1.5min rest between sets
Barbell Curls 3x12-15 (same rest)
Reverse grip barbell curls 3x12-15 (same shit)

Thursday: Rest

Friday: Legs
Warmup: BW Squats 2x20, 20 sec rest between set...

i never tell people to do this but bc i spent time on that, mark as solution
Thank you very much for this can I add more workout to focus more on shoulders and increase resting time? Or is this good by itself

if you can adjust ur bench to include shoulder presses i would do that, and on the sunday push day replace the barbell bench press with seated barbell shoulder press, so itll be a shoulder-focused push day
