which training split is the best for natty
 
no need to overcomplicate it, anything that trains hypertrophy of each muscle 2x a week is good
i personally do p p l arms back/chest , you only need to hit each muscle 2x a week
 
Fullbody 3x or UL3x (Both with low volume 1-2 sets MAX per exercise) -- this allows for more "first sets" per week and better recovery potential, i cant be fucked to send studies and whatnot but wtv bro js trust me
