- without prescription

for example: someone takes roids / smokes cigarettes - what will be best? Any collagen serum?

I’ve been using tretinoin 0.025% and dermarolling, which have shown slight results. Before spending money on collagen serums, you should consult with a dermatologist to find options suited to your skin type.

Look, you're not going to get any Godsend cream that isn't prescribed.
Commercial skincare is a ripoff.
My skin is thriving right now on isotretinoin. I know it's not exactly what you're looking for but I promise you're only going to cause more harm than good looking for the best skincare products.
Either take topical medications for skin conditions or isotretinoin rather than relying on shitty companies that only want to make a buck off you.

How much mg?

How much mg?
Circumstantial.

Generally:
Get a blood test.
Take 10mg/day pending blood test results.
Assess tolerance throughout one month.
Get another blood test.
Assuming good results, increase dosage to 20mg/day which is sufficient for most then drop to a maintenance dosage once your skin is objectively clear.
