What is the best way to fix mandibular rethrogantha and teeth aligment

Well, to start, I do have an overbite, and wanted to fix it as well as my teeth in general since they're slightly messed up in general. I have seen a lot of people say that normal braces would make my teeth look good, but would recess my maxilla which would be pretty unfortunate, which is why I am asking for some advice from your expierience about teeth alligment and looking the best. Also I might wanna add I am 15 right now
