I know that erdafitnib is a oil soluble molecule. but I dont think a fully lipid base will be bio available enough, but I cant afford multiple solvents, like DMSO or Tween 80. Any tips? Buy 00 or 0 cpasules and put 4 mg in each of them. Bioavailability is the same. Mark as solution.Im also curious where you bought it from mind shring source.

The company (Janssen) made balversa to be taken with or without food even tho its recommended with food (something fatty) and in the capsules add some olive oil if you can’t afford anything and MCT oil if you can. Preferably MCT. It won’t be the same as Tabletts or Glycol 400/Tween 80 but it’s close or similar. Dw about it

No worries. If you are really concerned about it I’d advise grapefruit juice but I don’t rec at all. The Balversa manufacturer recommends strongly against it. It’s also more unpredictable. The powder is easier first id say. Then I’d just eye it with the oil cause the oil dose doesn’t matter. You’d be at it for years otherwise.

worst thing you can do tbh. waste of time. mix it in DMSO, and take it out w a needle. most exact way to do it otherwise you are just eyeing. it could sometimers be 6 mg sometimes 2 sometimes 20 makes 0 sense.
