I bulked and didn’t work out this year now I’m 6ft 150lb with slight belly fat.

drop some real workout plans for me. I’m a beginner so don’t suggest sone very complex shit.

My bidelt currently is 19 inch, waist 30 inch (with fat), looking to gain overall size because I’m skinny af

But want a delt/abs dominant physique
