Look at how dramatic the deterioration is between each generation. Is this really just a result of bad tongue posture / eating soft foods? Indians still eat Indian food in their homes even if they’re in a different country. I don’t get how it can make such a big difference.

Yes, the difference is exacerbated by the fact that the old man has a beard and that the kid is well just a kid who is not fully developed
