Do big pores are more proune to acne? Do big pores get more acne when they are hit with DHT? Can finasteride make them small, by cutting the DHT from the blood?

Finasteride didn't do anything, if you smoke stop. Scrub as much as you can and use pore strips or chemical based pore reducing serums. It's not something you cure but treat for life.
