What is the difference between HTNs and Chadlites? (with pics to analize)

Hi guys! how are you? what difference do you notice between the High Tier Normies and the weak Chadlites in the second pic? I think that i notice the change mostly on their eyes, as if they have better eye area (let me clarify, the HTNs are in the TOP of the 1st pic, and the Chadlites are on the 2nd pic (Weak Chadlites but Chadlites after all)

I have no idea, but for a guide, in the original post is said that the first bottom row are Ltn's, the second row Mtn's and the top one Htn's, and the second pic all Weak Chadlites
