Like I said in my last thread https://looksmax.org/threads/my-chin-sticks-out-far-when-i-smile.1404054/#post-20373079 my chin sticks out too far when I smile (around to the same point as my nose). I have perfect chin projection when my jaw is just resting there it just looks very uncanny and jew-like when I smile jfl.

I believe the issue is caused by the fat pad in my chin getting pushed forwards. My first question is what is the fat pad in the chin called?

And second what would recommendations be to fix it? I was thinking possibly fat disolvers, but i'm still not entirely sure the issue is caused by the fat pad and could just be caused by the muscle.

I promise it isn't bhai, my smile looks like a jew because of it, I have a good maxilla and my chin is already perfect when resting.

There’s no specific fat pad in the chin, it’s subq fat layer

it's probably your lower lip being retracted by your smile muscles hence enhancing your chin to mouth space and your mentolabial fold, you can try fat transfers in that area but morph yourself some tissue in that mentioned fold to see if you like your profile more

It's just soft tissue and believe me bro, it's normal. When you smile, your jaw moves forward, so logically your chin does to.

It's like asking why your philtrum looks long when you are trying to spread lip balm.
