Like I said in my last thread https://looksmax.org/threads/my-chin-sticks-out-far-when-i-smile.1404054/#post-20373079 my chin sticks out too far when I smile (around to the same point as my nose). I have perfect chin projection when my jaw is just resting there it just looks very uncanny and jew-like when I smile jfl.
I believe the issue is caused by the fat pad in my chin getting pushed forwards. My first question is what is the fat pad in the chin called?
And second what would recommendations be to fix it? I was thinking possibly fat disolvers, but i'm still not entirely sure the issue is caused by the fat pad and could just be caused by the muscle.
