I feel best and look best when maintaining without carbs, but carbs are a necessary to maximise muscle growth.
you'd get sub optimal MUR and therefore lose more muscle on a cut without carbs, unless you’re doing huge deficits it seems redundant to meIf just maintaining or cutting I do not eat carbs.

I literally do not eat any other macro other than protein and use Tren. Even without Tren muscle loss is a complete meme if enhanced.unless you’re doing huge deficits
