Red Meats & Dairy should be prioritized
nearly all processed stuff cut out
no seed or plant based oils

your body will tell you what it needs to survive as long as it hasn't been adapted fully to the modern cuck diet, if you eat normally your body will tell you what it craves and when

You will not get an answer here. Research for yourself and make up your own mind. Half the forum eats raw meat carni, half eat carbs like no tomorrow.
seems like your agaisnt carbs. so do u believe carnivore is better?

is it fine if its cooked or does it have to be raw
 
Depends on my goal at the time. If I am focused on building mass and in a calorie surplus then I eat hundreds of carbs. If I am maintaining or cutting bodyfat I do not eat carbs.

I feel best and look best when maintaining without carbs, but carbs are a necessary to maximise muscle growth.

Imo for the normal person some eggs cheese and milk in the morning some beef, organs and some fatty fish ir salmon whenever and rice/ fruits for carbs its pretty vague

A natural diet.

Raw meat, raw organs, eggs and seasonal fruits. This is optimal, i understand it’s not necessarily realistic for everyone, but try your best to remain true to it.
 
Mediterranean diet where you balance out your nutrients
Maybe eat a little more meat than is reccomended
 
I literally do not eat any other macro other than protein and use Tren. Even without Tren muscle loss is a complete meme if enhanced.
wait so u only eat protein when ur cutting or maintaining no fat or carbs and when u bulk u eat protein and carbs? do u limit fat or not eat it at all since its not needed on roids?
 
It doesn’t really matter just make sure it has Jewish investors because they know what’s good for your body

raw saturated fat in large amounts, and blood + organs. some muscle meat and seafood. (all raw). this is obviously unrealistic tho unless ur connected and can get blood and shit
 
just avoid shit foods people here talking about carinvore diet is crazy to me and wont matter that much if you cut out ultra processed slop

Plants and veggies are good, meat and dairy is bad and will kill you
