what’s the ideal diet for teenagers ( 17 rn )
 
You will not get an answer here. Research for yourself and make up your own mind. Half the forum eats raw meat carni, half eat carbs like no tomorrow.

Red Meats & Dairy should be prioritized
nearly all processed stuff cut out
no seed or plant based oils

your body will tell you what it needs to survive as long as it hasn't been adapted fully to the modern cuck diet, if you eat normally your body will tell you what it craves and when

seems like your agaisnt carbs. so do u believe carnivore is better?

is it fine if its cooked or does it have to be raw

Depends on my goal at the time. If I am focused on building mass and in a calorie surplus then I eat hundreds of carbs. If I am maintaining or cutting bodyfat I do not eat carbs.

I feel best and look best when maintaining without carbs, but carbs are a necessary to maximise muscle growth.

Imo for the normal person some eggs cheese and milk in the morning some beef, organs and some fatty fish ir salmon whenever and rice/ fruits for carbs its pretty vague

unless you’re doing huge deficits
I literally do not eat any other macro other than protein and use Tren. Even without Tren muscle loss is a complete meme if enhanced.

A natural diet.

Raw meat, raw organs, eggs and seasonal fruits. This is optimal, i understand it’s not necessarily realistic for everyone, but try your best to remain true to it.
 
based but eating only protein when at maintenance is still sub optimal
Protein and fat. No issues at all, just feeling and looking best and superior blood work.

If you want to cut on carbs then be my guest. You aren't getting to 8% or less shoving carbs down your mouth though.

Mediterranean diet where you balance out your nutrients
Maybe eat a little more meat than is reccomended
