Let's say someone has such skeletal growth pattern;
1000003415

Typical vertically grown face; short ramus, really steep mandibular plane angle (53.2° in that case), long and flat midface, antegonial notch etc.
And in order to genuinely fix that you would have to change skeletal structure to something like that
1000003417

Gonial angle was reduced from 132 to 105° and mandibular plane angle was reduced from 53.2 to 26.8°.
I know @RealSurgerymax said there is supposedly no limit to ccw/cw rotation but how it would be possible without making nasal cavity too small? Well, there are tons of people with short noses/midfaces with great breathing but there are still soft tissues etc.

CCWR doesn't necessarily imply maxillary impaction

But in case of such steep facial growth posterior downgraft wouldn't shorten the face because ramus is blocking it.

Where are you measuring the mandibular plane angle?

what would be the full surgery to try achieve the result
