Cuz of features, you dont have his ratios, you dont have his proportions, you dont have his lips, you dont have his eyes etc etc

Can't change pheno, can't significantly improve base (I.e., starting point if weak), unlikely to give good results if you're recessed, most surgeons don't know how to design implants that look natural and also capable of achieving pt.'s goal, unlikely to change the fact that you're a 32 y/o virgin

Assuming you are not recessed and chose eppley who has probably the most experience worldwide

skin thickness plays a huge role in the final result.

saiyan got good results because he had thin skin.

That guy has a compact midface and a very forward-grown maxilla, which helps stretch out his soft tissues (not to mention thin skin and probably very little buccal fat as well).
