My ass does need more harmony rn, my masseters r kinda overtrained from all the cope i have consumed in the past, so my face looks even chubbier then before (my face does have a little fat, and my masseters lowk make it look kinda chubbier). But except that, do i just have to fucking wait and keep these habits until Gandy brings me to the Gandy shop? Like will that really help?@ascend_or_death exactly what I mean
Most of that shit is cope, only things that can directly be trained and actually give noticeable results are your masseter muscles and neck muscles, other than that MOST OF THE TIME its pure genetics and leanness
Also training/fixing one aspect of your face almost always isnt the answer, you dont want to look like a overtrained freak, your looking for facial harmony, You wont be able to notice your true facial harmony until you get fit (not skinny, because youll just look ill with a thin neck)

But, sometimes you just get unlucky genetically, even if you get fit you'll still look ugly, only way to fix that is by hardmaxxing (surgery, fillers etc.), what I mean by ugly is subhuman
Alot of people have a hard cap somewhere, some are hard capped at ltn others at mtn, you get it.
My genuine advice to you is to
-Lift weights and eat well
-Do sports (all of them, you dont need to be the best, but being capable is better than not)
-Socialize (Alot of the people on the forum suffer from being Neurodivergent, they dont know how to socialize)
-Learn (You should finish highschool, you continuing uni after or not is your decision, BUT NEVER stop learning, always strive fro knowledge whatever it might be)
-Dont get swayed by other peoples morals, you have your own morals and beliefs, stick to them, dont let others change who you are, listen but dont just accept things in an instant
Thats the summary of softmaxxing, there are other things that branch out from what I said (Hygiene, Social media, Time management and so on), but once you start implementing these pillars in your life, you'll quickly find out about them naturally
