But I will say that in most places kratom is gonna be both the safest and most convenient, you can use it therapeutically, or at a big enough dose get an opiate like high from it on its own or a benzo like high if you mix it with nootropics. Hydros like Dilaudid have always been the most useful for me, legit life saving and I’d say straight up magical, but at least in America where we have the fentanyl crisis I’m not risking it with anything that’s not prescribed.

Yup, they’re good for that boyo. I’ve been on them 15+ years and I’m pretty sure that’s why I’m low DHT.
