What is the point in deleting account?

I keep seeing threads made by ‘deleted users’ but what is the point in deleting your account if everything here is going to stay published? Your entire profile is still here, all your posts and threads are here, basically nothing has disappeared…

Why can’t you delete your account and make it delete every single post you have ever made?

Because people won't know who made the posts without deeper digging. Your emails, passwords and IP logs are completely wiped from the database if you delete.

Also, some people need to delete their account to stay off the site, it's just addiction IG

In the future, I’m telling you that AI will be able to advanced background checks on people across the internet, so if they find this account and thousands of other peoples then most of us are cooked in the future…
