What is the point of Bonesmashing to get swelling?

Yep it increases bone mass as far as I know also it does provide a little swelling that idk I like ot

Yeah, but Clav's take oversimplifies it. Swelling isn't the goal, it's kinda a side effect of the actual process -> which is microtrauma-induced remodeling
steoblast activity ->bone remodeling -> gradual increases in projection (width n volume)
