I've been using myfitnesspal and my mg:mg ratio for potassium:sodium is 1mg:1mg and I'm not significantly bloated but not lean. What is the best ratio for bloat?

Idk the number number but little sodium and a lot of potassium

so 7 cups of veggies is ideal to get your potassium right

it’s a good ratio 1:1. are you sure it isn’t just fat? being bloated and being fat are two different things. you can be lean and bloated or fat and bloated

dandelion tea, potassium supplements and a lot of water. also ice packs on face

For me ideal ratio for lean face is no more than 3g of salt a day and minimum 4g potassium (don’t have more than 8g or you’ll die).
