If proper dentofacial orthopedics is done at a good age, key facial attributes like proper upper and lower arch development, midfacial development, IPD, Gonial angles, forward growth, even nasal development, can be addressed to a large degree.

There are, however, things that are much more limited by genetics (such as browridge).
