no, test to ai is not 1:1. that would crash your estrogen into the dirt. the real goal is keeping your testosterone to estradiol ratio above 10:1 (some say 15:1). for 500mg test, most guys start with 0.25mg anastrozole every other day or 6.25mg aromasin eod. blood work is the only way to dial it in. start low, increase only if you get high e2 sides (itchy nips, bloat, mood swings).

Depends on how much test you are using, what AI you use and how much you aromatize. Ideally you achieve saturation of your test first, evaluate where your estrogen is based on bloods ideally but can also just asses if you have sides, and then take the lowest possible dose that clears any estrogen related sides.
