Lay on your side, rest your head on a pillow, perform a sieg Heil Hitler Salute with your upper arm going under the pillow

-you can't mouthbreathe

-if you're an alcoholic or heroin addicted you can't choke on your vomit

-your face doesn't touch your pillow only the side of your head, therefore no wrinkles or damaging your face

-no sleep paralysis demon

-no shoulder impingement like regular side sleeping
