What is with my skin it looks so disgusting

Hey guys im welli 17 years old and was just wondering what this is on my skin,

There are small little purple dots it looks groose and disgustin like im a old grandpa but im only 17 years old. Is this like a nutritional sign of having some malnourishment in some vitamins or what is that?

I wonder why my whole skin seems a bit pale and a bit red kinda if it was inflamed.

if you're that insecure, hop on tret + tinted sunscreen to iron out imperfections

sure you can do softmaxxes ofc like minoxidil, microneedling, stuff like that just search in the forum

100% thats just basic skincare problems
ingrown hairs can be coaxed out with creams, scars are a bit more difficult to mask short-term but defo doable with makeup
microneedling can help but since your spots are grouped up/individual, not much point

you either sleep on your side or on your face bc u dont get bad skin for no reason plus im assuming that u dont have great hygiene since youre on this site so dont touch your face if u dont have clean hands or wash them properly

I would genuinely kill for baseline skin like yours
i look aged to 22 already thanks to accutane+tret+sun for 2 years

you can ez ascend ur skin with a course of tret and good facial hygiene, its not too difficult
regarding upper eye area skin, thats a bit more difficult
