Im slightyl over 5'11
Im 178 pounds
I can see my ribs slightly while completely rested
If i put my hands at head level i can see all ribs clearly
My face still looks fat
Still have gyno
Thighs and calves still look fat
Still have a flabby stomach
What is wrong with me

You have your baby fat and teenage hormones just came in wrecking havoc. Wait till you're like 21 and don't get obese. That's when your real fat distribution is revealed.

Not true when I was 208 pounds and 5'8 I couldnt
ok because thats the equivilant of u being like 280lbs now, comparing to how u had way less bone density too cuz u were younger. fucking diabolical

Bro I was 5'8 208 pounds in march since early June I have been 5'11 178
 
I try but I workout alot and do sports and my appetite is crazy and when i dont eat i go blind alot
then dont eat in mornings, drink green tea and diet sodas hella when hungry, and when u do really really have to eat make some popcorn.

Thats how i got sixpack

You must have pretty lacking muscle mass and bone density then. But then I just realized again you're kids, so it makes sense.

What is wrong with
This is most likely due to back problems(bad posture) some werid chest deformity, or bad core muscles. These all cause flared out ribs. I doubt it is a fat distribution problem.

I have back problems but I dont think they are from bad posture my doctor thinks its sacroillitis
