Most people have an unideal light environment along with poor sleep. This alone contributes to stress. Nutrition is by far the most important factor though.

I’m 6’3’’ right now and was chronically stressed and socially anxious since like age 6. I doubt height is affected much tbh.

My growth was stunted beacuse hgh production deficiency due to some problem on my pituitary gland so anxiety ans stress were probably the least of my worries
