Possibly. My ES ratio was 0.43 in photo so yeah something is off

.43 is passable, Your ipd is actually good so you prolly don't look cyclops. I think cyclops people have it sub 60mm

I wouldn’t call 62 good. It’s like average for a foid but pretty small just not deformed tier. And maybe my es ratio wouldn’t be so bad with a good midface ratio but mouthbreathing gave me a long midface. (0.97)
