im actively working, actively going outside to interact with mostly women so mental problems wont become an issue later on and ofcourse working on my appearance so that isnt an issue later down in my life. also studying physics so i have a good job upcoming so i can just work and rot inside

Youll get there. Its all about the rhythm and not feeling upset when you miss a day, it happens. Youll pull back if youre actively thinking about it you know theres something wrong. Shows theres awareness you just need to find what purpose you want, you cant chase a purpose you yourself dont find comfort in.

My goal at the moment is at least NTmax. But how to achieve it? When I walk down the street and see people, the first thing I analyze is height, build, facial features. If I see a 13-year old guy, my brain starts saying: look man, that's a 13-year old guy, he's already taller than you, he's going to have a happier life than you. When I talk to foyds, I remember the high iq conversations I had with them from this site and apply them. I try to squeeze emotion out of myself to please someone more. I have very low emotional intelligence. Maybe even autism (no diagnosis, although I think I'm about 20% percentile on understanding other people's emotions)
