What is your neck size and body fat? (important)

Thick neck is especially better when you're below %15, i'm currently cutting 1.5-2lb a week and only have 16.25 inch in the bottom and 15.5 inch under the adam's apple.

I'll be lean bulking to make my neck bigger at %12 wanted to see if any lean natural guy here has low bf with thick neck(it's such a halo and the best real softmaxx)
