yes but isnt much testosterone for a change in dimorphic traits, but works if you need energy

i checked the 45% increase in tetsosterone on day 7 of nofap

so, in this study of 2002 shows that there is an increase in tetsosterone by 45% on day seven of ejaculation abstinence https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/12506329/ and i took a blood work on day 1 of nofap and then on day 7 of nofap, and thsi are the results: day 1 : day 7: thougts?
