Yes my nose is pretty bulbous too. Mine is bulbous in terms of the nostril width and the tip.
I reckon a simple rhinoplasty should be able to fix it and 'westernize' our noses.

Mine is 45mm and wider than my medial canthus, and the nostrils are couple of mm away from being inline with the edge of the iris. I have the nose of a barnyard pig.
